Still playing with the Macro setting –
When the other flowers start to fade you can always rely on the good ol’ dandelion to brighten things up 🙂
I’ve been playing with a new camera – Nikon Coolpix3600 – inexpensive and compact with 20.1 Megapixels – and I’m enjoying trying out the Macro setting!
What type of camera are you using and what’s your favourite feature?
Oak Bay has many lane ways which I’ve been exploring on my morning strolls – one fun discovery has been Walter and Lolita. Now I bring carrots along with me as well as the camera.
The photo I was going for was of the bumblebee in the fuchsia flower – it was only after downloading the photo did I notice the spider webs going from flower to flower, like an electrical current was connecting them.
One of the many delights of Victoria’s Inner Harbour is the ease of access from all vantage points and such was the case over the weekend for watching the Dragon Boat Festival. The races came to a short halt while the Coho Ferry (Victoria to Port Angeles, Washington State) left port.
